A spacious Victorian property housing a fantastic duplex apartment set over the first and second floors, Chine Heights rests in the bustling seaside town of Bournemouth and is ideal for a family or group of friends looking for an escape to Dorset.
Settle into this lovely property after utilising the off-road parking, finding a kitchen on the first floor, housing plenty of home-from-home amenities, a TV, and a dining table, so guests can cook and dine together.
On the first floor there is also a refreshing contemporary shower room and a cloakroom.
Settle down in the large sitting room, with views across the local town and loads of natural light, making this an ideal spot for a movie marathon, and here there is also a second dining space, also great for a family games night.
The first bedroom rests on the first-floor, a king-size which can be accessed through double doors from the living area, or from the corridor.
On the second floor there are two further bedrooms, a double and a twin, along with a bathroom ideal for a soak amongst the bubbles after a day at the beach.
Bournemouth is a fantastic seaside resort with loads on offer for guests to do, including a great many pubs, eateries and cafes, including Inn In The Park and the Conservatory Restaurant.
The town has no shortage of attractions, with its stunning sandy beaches, coastal walks, picturesque pier and there is even a local aquarium, as well as a selection of art galleries and parks to enjoy.
Travel to Poole where there is the opportunity to try out water sports or enjoy a game of golf in the sunshine, and you can also take a scenic walk through the beautiful Dorset Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Cranborne Chase AONB and New Forest Park.
Day trips are available via boat to the stunning Isle of Wight, where there is plenty of history, heritage and coastal walks to be enjoyed.
Enjoy all of this and so much more with a stay at Chine Heights.

Lovely, clean accommodation with a well equipped kitchen and spacious living area. Very well located for the beach. As the property listing says, the ceiling height is very low in places on the top floor.

It was awesome, from being close to sea, beach and shops and restaurants /pubs to the standard of the property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hopefully will book again in the near future
