If you want to rest in a luxurious environment and enjoy an endless view, this is what you are looking for! We guarantee that you will have your dream vacation, in a house full of good taste, a fantastic swimming pool and jacuzzi, which will refresh your days in Madeira.
Situated between Amparo and Piornais, this villa offers all the facilities and conditions for a large family or for a holiday with your group of friends! The large areas, the garden and the various places of rest, define the "personality" of this house.
Here, you can keep your reading up to date, or simply get out of the routine. Come and enjoy yourself, and bring the whole family! We have a suite, four bedrooms and two leisure areas inside the house.
Outside you can admire the garden, with several rest areas, an area with barbecue, a small vegetable garden and a nice swimming pool overlooking the vast Atlantic Ocean.
Next to it, a jacuzzi to relax.
If you rent a car, the house has a private parking area. AREA Inserted on a road with few movement, this property is only ten minutes away from the center of Funchal, its services and multiple restaurants.
This area is fairly quiet.
Near the house there is a bakery, cafes and supermarkets.
In three minutes (by car) you are at the Forum Madeira Shopping Center, where you will find a wide variety of shops, supermarket, restaurants and movie theatres. PROPERTY RULES To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules. • Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
A fine of €300 will be charged for non-compliance. • Parties or events are not permitted. • Pets are not permitted. • Please be considerate of your neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night. The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons.
This system does not record conversations or collect personal data.
Should abnormal levels be detected, a member of our team may contact you. You are not permitted to disable, cover or tamper this or any other equipment installed on the property. In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration purposes. Municipal tourist tax (when applicable): €2.00 per person/night for guests aged 13 and above, up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14.00 per person per stay). A payment link will be sent prior to arrival. Check-in must be scheduled in advance.
If it is not arranged at least 48 hours beforehand, check-in will be subject to our team’s availability. Check-in: from 16:00 | Check-out: by 10:00 Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and an additional charge. By confirming your reservation, all guests agree to our house rules and accommodation conditions. OTHER NOTES All bed linen and towels are provided.
We can also provide, free of charge, a baby travel crib, high chair and baby bath upon request before check-in. Requests made less than 48 hours before arrival may be subject to an additional fee. All properties are equipped with a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and a fire blanket. For stays of 8 nights or more, a mid-stay service is provided, including the replenishment of bed linen, towels and consumables only.
This service is not included for shorter stays.
Additional cleaning services during your stay are available on request at an extra charge.

Budynek położony w cichej okolicy. Do centrum Funchal jest blisko. Jest to dobra baza wypadowa do zwiedzania wyspy. Byliśmy tam w 10 osób, miejsca było bardzo dużo. Dom i kuchnia bardzo dobrze wyposażona. Basen i jacuzzi z bardzo ładnym widokiem. Zakwaterowanie bardzo sprawne. Polecam
