This modern and refined 4-bedroom villa, spread over two floors with a garden and swimming pool, offers a cozy family atmosphere in a quiet area—perfect for tranquil and relaxing holidays.

The double bedroom, featuring a built-in wardrobe and direct outdoor access, is ideal for guests seeking extra privacy. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and a shared bathroom.
One bedroom has a wardrobe, access to the shared balcony, and direct bathroom access—ideal for privacy and comfort.
Another bedroom with a built-in wardrobe also has balcony access and direct access to the WC, perfect for enjoying the view and natural light.

Maximum capacity: 10 persons Wi-Fi: Available throughout the house Private parking: Space for 2 cars AREA This property is located on the west side, more specifically in Estreito da Calheta, the area with the most sun exposure in Madeira Island. At a 5-minute drive you can visit the centre of Calheta where you can find the Museum of Contemporary Art, a yellow sandy beach, a marina, several restaurants and a supermarket. Nearby, you will find some essential services such as a supermarket, a grocery store, a café and a pharmacy. PROPERTY RULES To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules. • Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
A fine of €300 will be charged for non-compliance. • Parties or events are not permitted. • Pets are not permitted. • Please be considerate of your neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night. The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons.
This system does not record conversations or collect personal data.
Should abnormal levels be detected, a member of our team may contact you. You are not permitted to disable, cover or tamper this or any other equipment installed on the property. In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration purposes. Municipal tourist tax (when applicable): €2.00 per person/night for guests aged 13 and above, up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14.00 per person per stay). A payment link will be sent prior to arrival. Check-in must be scheduled in advance.
If it is not arranged at least 48 hours beforehand, check-in will be subject to our team’s availability. Check-in: from 16:00 | Check-out: by 10:00 Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and an additional charge. By confirming your reservation, all guests agree to our house rules and accommodation conditions. OTHER NOTES All bed linen and towels are provided.
We can also provide, free of charge, a baby travel crib, high chair and baby bath upon request before check-in. Requests made less than 48 hours before arrival may be subject to an additional fee. All properties are equipped with a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and a fire blanket. For stays of 8 nights or more, a mid-stay service is provided, including the replenishment of bed linen, towels and consumables only.
This service is not included for shorter stays.
Additional cleaning services during your stay are available on request at an extra charge.
