Area and property is excellent, there is no response from the staff I send email regarding tv remote not working but no response of my email and there is no contact of host or staff

Pod was beautiful, really warm and the shower was fab really powerful and water was hot. The telly is a,smart TV so you have to sign into your accounts to watch anything...just remember to sign out before you leave. The only issue i have is in the information book it had phone numbers of takeaways...
