Upon entering, you'll find a spacious and bright open-plan living and dining area, perfect for social gatherings and relaxation.
The house has five bedrooms, designed to provide rest and comfort.
In one area of the house, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another en-suite with two single beds, served by a shared bathroom.
In another area, there are three bedrooms, two with double beds, one of which is en-suite, and one with two single beds, with an additional shared bathroom.
It also features two fully equipped kitchens, ideal for preparing meals with all the practicality and comfort during your stay.
Outside, you can enjoy a well-maintained garden, a sun lounger area, and a private pool perfect for leisure moments.
The barbecue area and the outdoor table make every al fresco meal even more special.
Located near the beaches, restaurants, bars, and the vibrant nightlife of Albufeira, in the quiet area of Branqueira.
The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in the low season).
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if the dates can be accepted.
This is a self-catered property.
For your convenience, food baskets can be booked (additional cost) in advance.
Renting a car is not essential for your stay, considering the property's location.
Nevertheless, if you are interested, we will be happy to assist with the booking.
We can also arrange transfers if you need them.
Group Security Deposit: €150 Per guest, payable by credit or debit card up to 2 weeks before arrival.
Please note that the occupancy for this property is for 10 guests.

Fantastic week with family of 12 mixture of kids and adults, Villa is huge and great with having 2 kitchens and living rooms the space you have inside is fantastic as is the outdoor area and privacy. Few local bars 5 mins walk away with Aldi approx 15-20 walk or a quick and cheap uber away.
