Der Vermieter und sein Sohn, der Englisch sprach, waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und die Wohnung sehr gemütlich. Im Winter ist es warm genug, sogar etwas zu warm. Die Lage ist schön, etwa 30 Minuten von Madrid entfernt (wir empfehlen den Parkplatz Príncipe Pío) in Moncloa.
