The property is 13 km from Torrevieja beach and a day at Guardamar Moncayo beach, without stones and rocks and with numerous facilities such as toilets, showers, beach bars and restaurants, is also worthwhile. Golf enthusiasts can tee off at the La Marquesa Golf course, 1.3 km away, and spend an afternoon at the Quesada Centro shopping centre, 2 km away. The region offers beautiful hiking trails and many cosy restaurants such as Sukiyaki in the centre of Ciudad Quesada. You will also find great attractions such as the Paseo Maritimo de Guardamar (a lively, typically Spanish promenade), the salt lakes of Torrevieja with real flamingos, the cosy Mercadillo del campo de Guardamar, the Castillo de Santa Bárbara, mini golf Ciudad Quesada, Quesada Bowling and the large shopping centre La Zenia.
