Kitchen The kitchen features a toaster, coffee maker, granite work top, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven.
There is also a barbecue outside. Bedrooms Villa Thomas has 4 air-conditioned Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 is air-conditioned with a double bed. En Suite Bathroom Bedroom 2 is air-conditioned with 2 single beds. Bedroom 3 is air-conditioned with 2 single beds. Bedroom 4 is air-conditioned with Bunk Bed.. Additional bed available: 1 Double Sofa Bed. Bathrooms Villa Thomas has 2 Bathrooms: Bathroom 1 (En Suite) has shower and W/C. Bathroom 2 (Family Bathroom) has shower and W/C. Swimming Pool Private Pool Size: 5.0m x 3.0m Depths: Shallow End = 1.0m; Deep End = 1.0m Aspect: North Facing Pool Access: Roman Steps Additional Pool Features: Pergola, Sun Beds, Poolside Dining Area and Heated Pool. Pool heating is free throughout the entire year.
The system operates automatically on a timer, running for approximately 8 hours daily.
This results in a temperature increase of 3 to 5 degrees above the standard water temperature.
There is also a small bubbling pool area. ---------------------- SECURITY DEPOSIT If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25 years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EUR per person is required, payable with the accommodation balance or prior to arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages or additional cleaning required.

There were cockroaches in the kitchen which reflected poorly on the cleanliness of the villa. The villa is described as a sleeping 10 but omits that 2 double beds are in one room.
