The Accommodation: Spacious and bright apartment that stands out for its excellent location, especially for families with children, as it is situated next to the Reino Bridge, with access in just one minute to the Turia Gardens, directly opposite the City of Arts and Sciences and the Gulliver children's playground.
The apartment has hot and cold air conditioning, as well as high-speed WiFi.
The 107 m2 apartment features the following spaces: - Spacious living and dining room.
It has a large HD TV and a comfortable sofa. - Balcony with a small table and two chairs, accessible from the living and dining room with views of the Opera House building of the City of Arts and Sciences. - Practical, fully equipped open-plan kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, ceramic hob, oven, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer, and all necessary kitchenware.
It also has a large table seating more than 6 diners. - Master bedroom with a double bed (150x190 cm) and ample wardrobe space. - En-suite bathroom with toilet and shower with screen. - Second bedroom with two single beds (90x190 cm) and wardrobe space.
Its decoration is cheerful and youthful, sure to delight the little ones. - The third bedroom has a trundle bed (90x190 cm) that converts into a double bed (180x190 cm). - Common bathroom located in the hallway, fully equipped with a toilet and shower with screen. It is provided with bed linen, one hand towel and one bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, welcome kitchen amenities: (1 scourer, 1 kitchen cloth, 2 trash bags, 1 washing machine detergent, dishwasher detergent, 2 toilet rolls per bathroom), bathroom amenities: (hand soap), and coffee capsules and a 1.5L bottle of mineral water. Services and Common Areas - 4th floor with elevator. - Free WiFi. - Central hot-cold air conditioning. The figure is made to a scale that makes visitors appear as inhabitants of Lilliput as they walked over the body of the character created by Jonathan Swift.
Along with the Oceanogràfic, the Prince Felipe Science Museum, and the BioParc, it completes the most attractive and exciting leisure offerings for children.
