The large, open-plan living area has a comfortable, electrically extendable sofa bed for 2 people, a Smart TV and a dining area for 6 people.

The open, fully equipped modern kitchen with hob and oven invites you to cook, and also has a large fridge with freezer area, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster, a coffee machine with milk frother, crockery and cutlery for 6 people and high-quality cooking utensils. A basic set of spices is also available.

The modern, high-quality, daylight-flooded bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower and a toilet.

The separate bedroom is furnished with a spacious box-spring bed (200x200cm) and offers you restful nights. The skylight offers a wonderful view of the starry sky in the evening. A small storage room offers additional storage space.

The floor is covered with high-quality parquet flooring and tiles, which gives the flat a stylish ambience.

Towels, tea towels and bed linen, toilet paper and kitchen roll as well as soap, washing-up liquid and dishwasher tabs are of course provided.

In addition, the flat is prepared for each guest with an initial supply of coffee machine capsules so that you can start your holiday with a cup of coffee and enjoy the unique view and tranquillity.

New - from September 2024 our guests will have their own terrace area with barbecue facilities and seating for 4 people at their disposal.

The surrounding area offers numerous premium hiking trails that allow you to explore the beauty of nature. Visit the famous Saarschleife or take a trip along the picturesque Moselle. Nature lovers and hiking enthusiasts will get their money's worth here.

For all bike lovers, we offer the option of hiring 2 bikes. Explore the surrounding area on two wheels and discover hidden treasures that you might miss on foot.

Free parking is available, so you don't have to worry about parking your vehicle. It is also possible to charge your electric car at our wallbox (costs on request).

The nearest town with bakeries (enjoy the famous French baguette and fresh croissants) and shopping facilities is only a 5-minute drive away. The beautiful old town of Saarlouis can be reached by car in 15 minutes. Fresh eggs from happy hens can be obtained from the local farmer.

In the immediate vicinity you will also find Saarbrücken - the capital of the Saarland, the beautiful Luxembourg, the Moselle with numerous wineries, the famous Saarschleife, Metz - one of the most beautiful French cities with a beautiful cathedral and many other beautiful places that make a visit very worthwhile.

Payment can be made in cash on site, by prepayment or direct bank transfer in advance or on site.

A prepayment of 20% (by bank transfer) can be charged after booking.

Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will be charged with 90% of the booking price.

Arrival is possible from 15:00.

Departure is possible until 11:00.

Other arrival and departure times are possible after consultation.
