3 Auborough Street is a beautiful, three-storey mid-terrace Victorian home nestled in the heart of Scarborough, North Yorkshire.
Just a short walk from shops, eateries and a sandy beach, 3 Auborough Street is a fantastic home for families looking to explore the many wonders of this charming seaside town.
After a day of exploring, relax in the sitting room, uplifted by natural light from the large bay window, with two sofas, electric fire and a wall-mounted Smart TV for entertainment.
The kitchen is well-appointed with all the essentials for a week’s stay, while the elegant dining room offers seating for six, making it perfect for a family dinner.
When sleep calls, venture to the first-floor and discover the king-size bedroom, whilst the bathroom offers a spot of luxury, with a freestanding bath and walk-in shower.
Keep on climbing to the second-floor and you will find the further king and twin bedrooms, affording lovely views over the town.

Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, electric fire and Smart TV. There are three bedrooms including two king-size, and a twin, serviced by a bathroom. To the outside is parking and an enclosed courtyard. Please note, there is no smoking. Within 0.4 miles or less there is a shop, pub and beach. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rent. 3 Auborough Street is a magnificent escape to North Yorkshire. Please note: There is free car parking on the streets around the property though this is restricted to two hours during the day. There is a car park opposite to the property that can used for 9 GBP per day.
