Fantastic villa with a pool located in Can Picafort, just 450 meters from the beach, which can accommodate 7 guests.
In a corner of its spacious terraces, which surround almost the entire villa and are perfectly furnished, you can have an energizing breakfast before heading to the beach or perhaps enjoy a barbecue at sunset.
You can also sunbathe on the loungers after a refreshing dip in the pool, read a good book under the umbrella, or simply relax in the armchairs at the entrance and enjoy the tranquility of the residential area where it is located, a very popular area in Can Picafort. Inside, you will find a large living-dining room with international TV and large windows that let in plenty of natural light.
The independent gas kitchen has direct access to the outside so you can cook and enjoy your favorite dishes outdoors in just a few steps.

Sehr gute ruhige Lage. Man hat alles gehabt, was benötigt wurde.
Die Sauberkeit muss deutlich verbessert werden. Die Böden waren sehr staubig, man hat das Gefühl gehabt, dass der Boden vorher nicht abgewischt wurde.

Great location, short walk to beach with restaurants and supermarkets close by. The villa generally well equipped with towels, crockery and bedding. Fixtures and fittings a little tired and some of the window shutters and doors did not open. Soft cushions outside the Villa quite badly stained .
