Die Wohnung war OK aber die Müllentsorgung im Müllraum war unzumutbar. Der Müllraum war durch viele herumliegende Dinge nur schwer zu begehen. Die Mülltonnen waren nicht beschriftet, dadurch war keine vernünftige Mülltrennung möglich. Weiterhin machte die Aussenanlage einen ungepflegten Eindruck.
