The property benefits from two off road parking spaces that are both secure and gated, and a lovely courtyard with furniture, where you can savour your favourite tipple with a view! Be welcomed into the inviting sitting room, where you can look forward to relaxing on the plush seating in front of the 50” Smart TV, as the gas fire gently warms the space.
Adjacent to the room, you will find a single bedroom with day bed, ideal for those with limited mobility.
Continue through to the kitchen/diner, where you can whip up tasty dishes, ready to savour at the dining table over celebratory bottles of fizz.

Outside, there is a rear courtyard with furniture, off-road parking for two cars in secured and gated parking area. Within 0.3 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.1 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.
