The living and dining room is spacious and bright, with direct access to the outdoor area, creating a pleasant atmosphere for socializing and relaxing throughout the day.
On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, offering greater privacy and convenience, as well as a guest bathroom to support the common areas.
On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, served by a bathroom with a shower, providing a comfortable and well-distributed space for guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped, practical, and functional, designed to facilitate meal preparation during your stay.

For added convenience, grocery baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost). Pool heating is always a plus for your holidays, especially when traveling with children.
With the pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than it would be without heating. Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location.
However, should you be interested, we would be happy to assist with the booking.
We can also arrange transfers if you need them. Group deposit: €200 per guest, payable by credit or debit card up to 2 weeks before arrival. Please note that the occupancy of this property is 6 guests. An additional charge will apply for the 7th and 8th guest, which includes an extra bed. Our stay in this villa was wonderful. The rooms were comfortable and the outdoor pool, deck, and barbecue provided the perfect setting for relaxing with family. The villa’s layout allowed for easy access to all amenities. At the end of our stay, we also went on a boat tour provided by the company, which was a fantastic experience.
