This cozy apartment, freshly renovated and newly furnished in summer 2023 by its German owners, is situated exactly between Venus Beach and Old Town. It’s only 900m walk by feet to each of them. This fantastic and quiet location not only ensures a dreamlike sea view already in the morning while having breakfast on the balcony, here you enjoy the ideal combination of quiet neighborhood and yet direct proximity to all amenities such as a beautiful sandy beach (where people regularly swim in the sea until December), as well as to the nightlife of Paphos in walking distance. Shopping facilities and numerous cafes can also be found in the immediate vicinity.

The accommodation has two bedrooms, one with a double bed (1.55 x 2m) and one with two single beds (0.95 x 1.95m each). Fresh bed linen as well as towels (including beach towel) are of course provided. Each bedroom has its own balcony. So there are amazing 3 balconies and an additional rooftop!

There is also a baby cot available, folded in the closet. (If needed, please bring your own bed linen only for the baby cot, as there is only bed linen for all other beds provided.)

The living room has a third balcony, where you can start the day with a delicious breakfast with sea view. There is also a comfortable corner sofa in the living room. From this, you can stream to your heart's content on the smart TV via the fast Wifi, which is also available, via all popular streaming services. (Separate account required in each case).
In the kitchen everything is available to prepare everything from breakfast to dinner. A stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartments, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and even a dishwasher are available and of course essentials like pepper, salt, oil, vinegar.

Of course, all rooms are equipped with air conditioning, which can also be used for heating during winter ans which is free to use.

In the bathroom, a shower tray is available, so that both extensive bathing or just a quick shower can be taken.

There is an assigned covered parking space from which you can access the apartment on the second floor via a staircase.

In the complex there is a communal pool, but currently it is not allowed to use it due to new municipal restrictions. But as long as the pool in this living complex is not allowed to use, you will be allowed to use the even bigger pool in another living complex only 800m away. (9 min by feet or 1 min by car.) There is a Pool-restaurant which is opened 5 days per week (Wednesday to Saturday: 10 am till 10:30 pm and Sunday 1 pm till 10:30 pm), so most days also a late breakfast is possible to get here. All the pool-pictures are made from this pool in 800m distance. Here are also many parking spots belonging to the complex (free of charge).

Also belonging to the apartment is a spacious roof terrace, from which the magnificent view of the sea and the city of Paphos can be enjoyed, while having a barbeque or just enjoying the beautiful view to the sunset.


Guest Access
If you arrive by car, you can drive down the driveway right shortly after the hair studio. Directly after a sharp right turn you will already see the parking lot with the number assigned to the apartment. You will receive this number with your booking confirmation. To the left of the parking lot there is a staircase leading to the apartment on the second floor. At the front door you will find a smartlock and a pin-pad or a lock box. The necessary entry-code will be sent to you before your arrival.

The owner of the apartment are living only 12 min by car away from the accommodation. You will get their mobile number with your booking confirmation and they are happy to help you if needed.


The Neighborhood
This accommodation is situated exactly between Venus Beach and the Old Town of Paphos. It’s only 900m walk by feet to each of them. Just a few hundred meters away from Venus Beach you find the famous Tombs of the Kings.

So you can enjoy the ideal combination of quiet neighborhood and yet direct proximity to all amenities such as a beautiful sandy beach as well as to the nightlife of Paphos in walking distance. Shopping facilities (small supermarkets as well as Lidl) and numerous cafes and taverns can also be found in the immediate vicinity.

You can reach Kings Avenue Mall within 4 min by car (2 km) and the Old harbor with many restaurants as well as the Archaeological Site of Nea Paphos and the beginning of the Coastal Broadwalk within 8 min by car (3.7 km)

Around Paphos there are many other interesting activities and sights that tourists can enjoy like multiple motorbike- and quad-rentals as well as diving bases.

In the apartment you will find a lot of information about sightseeing, sports and leisure facilities, restaurants, bars and shopping centers.

1. archaeological sites: Paphos has a rich history and is famous for its archaeological sites. Visit the royal tombs of Nea Paphos, the ancient theater and the excavations of the Roman villas with the famous mosaics.
2. Paphos Port: Take a walk along the picturesque port of Paphos. There you will find a variety of restaurants, cafes and stores. You can also take a boat tour along the coast.
3. Petra tou Romiou: This rocky bay is often referred to as the birthplace of Aphrodite, the Greek goddess of love. It is a beautiful place with a legend that you can explore during a visit.
4. Akamas Peninsula: The Akamas Peninsula offers breathtaking landscapes and is a nature reserve of great beauty. Take a hike along the coastal paths, visit Lara Beach (known for its turtle population) and explore Avakas Gorge.
5. Paphos Archaeological Museum: If you are interested in the history of Cyprus, visit the Paphos Archaeological Museum. It houses an extensive collection of artifacts from the region.
6. Aphrodite Waterfall: Near Paphos is the impressive Aphrodite Waterfall. Enjoy a nature walk and admire the waterfall named after the Greek goddess.

11. Adonis Baths: The Adonis Baths are a natural oasis surrounded by waterfalls and lush vegetation. You can take a refreshing bath and enjoy the idyllic atmosphere.
