Lovingly furnished bedrooms (2 double rooms, 1 single room).
In 2015, our alpine hut was extensively renovated and equipped with a bright bathroom including a walk-in shower, double vanity, and toilet.
A washing machine is also available and can be used. The solid wood kitchen with a dining area is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired.
Adjacent, you will find our quaint, small, and charming living room.
A cozy sofa with a tiled stove (electrically heated) and satellite TV are available here.
Also in our chalet: free use of our internet via Wi-Fi.
Our Wi-Fi has a very fast connection, so it can also be used for working from home! Our chalet is heated with electricity from our own small power plant, allowing us to offer you the luxury of underfloor heating in the bathroom, kitchen, living room, and hallway. A quiet spot with a wonderful panoramic view – a brick grill and a drinking water fountain from our own spring. Enjoy cabin romance in our "Prädasten Chalet" amidst lush alpine meadows with a magnificent mountain panorama in the Kitzbühel Alps. Luxury of a secluded location at 1200m above sea level Completely renovated in 2015 – comfort and alpine hut character hand in hand In summer, an ideal starting point for wonderful hikes In winter, the best opportunities for ski tours and snowshoe hikes The rustic larch wood terrace invites you to switch off and relax Spacious outdoor area with a drinking water well and a brick grill The hut offers enough space for up to 5 people Accessible by car via a forest road in spring and autumn In winter, luggage and food transport is included A 20-30 minute walk from our farm, or accessible by snowshoes/touring skis Special service for our guests: our own farm products in the self-service fridge and freezer New: EV charging station for cars directly at the farm. Arrival in autumn: easily accessible by off-road vehicle via a forest road. Arrival in spring/winter: Luggage and food transport is organized by us and is included in the price.
You can park your car directly at our farm.
You can reach our "Prädasten Chalet" on foot, by snowshoes, or touring skis in approx. 35 minutes. In winter, the latest possible arrival time is 3:00 PM, so that our guests arrive at the "Prädasten Chalet" no later than 4:00 PM / 4:30 PM.
