In 2015, our alpine hut was extensively renovated and equipped with a bright bathroom including a walk-in shower, double vanity, and toilet.
A washing machine is also available for guests to use. The solid wood kitchen with a dining area is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired.
Adjacent, you will find our cozy, small, and fine living room.
Here, you'll find a comfortable sofa with a tiled stove (electrically heated) and satellite TV.
Also in our chalet: free use of our internet via Wi-Fi.
Our Wi-Fi has a very fast connection, making it suitable for working from home! Our chalet is heated by electricity from our own small power plant, allowing us to offer you the luxury of underfloor heating in the bathroom, kitchen, living room, and hallway. A quiet spot with a wonderful panoramic view - a brick grill and a drinking water fountain from our own spring. Enjoy hut romance in our "Prädasten Chalet" amidst lush alpine meadows with a magnificent mountain panorama in the Kitzbühel Alps. Luxury of a secluded location at 1200m altitude. Completely renovated in 2015 - comfort and alpine hut character go hand in hand. In summer, an ideal starting point for wonderful hikes. In winter, excellent opportunities for ski touring and snowshoeing. The rustic larch wood terrace invites you to switch off and relax. Spacious outdoor area with a drinking water well and a brick grill. The hut offers enough space for up to 5 people. Accessible by car via a forest road in spring and autumn. In winter, luggage and food transport is included. A 20-30 minute walk from our farm, or accessible by snowshoes/touring skis. Special service for our guests: our own farm products in the self-service fridge and freezer. New: Electric car charging station directly at the farm. Arrival in Autumn: Easily accessible by off-road vehicle via a forest road. Arrival in Spring/Winter: Luggage and food transport will be organized by us and is included in the price.
You can park your car directly at our farm.
You can reach our "Prädasten Chalet" on foot, by snowshoes, or touring skis in about 35 minutes. In winter, the latest arrival time is 3:00 PM, so that our guests are at the "Prädasten Chalet" no later than 4:00 PM / 4:30 PM.
