Fully functional kitchen with supplies (Tea, coffee, kettle, coffeemaker, toaster). Washer and Dryer with supplies. Bathroom with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer and other toiletries that you may have forgotten at home.

Guests have access to the Gym, Indoor Swimming Pool and Hot Tub in the building

According to the condo regulations every guest must provide their personal information prior to check in. We kindly ask that you provide the full names of every guest staying in the apartment.

We kindly ask you to send us your selfie with your Id in your hands as an antifraud measure. Please note that you need to be 25 or over in order to check in. For reservations with 7 nights or more it is possible to check-in from the age of 18, but with an increased deposit 500 CAD.
Guests whose names or ID do not match the provided information ARE NOT allowed into the building. The refund won't be provided.

- Parking is NOT included in the price but there is the Public parking in this building.
- Pets are allowed in the apartment with a maximum of two pets per suite. If you plan stay with pets, please, confirm the opportunity prior to booking. Pets fee $20 per night for 1 pet.
- We have Travel Crib (for baby 0-18 month) and Bed Rails. 10$ per one item per night. Book, please, in advance.

***Deposit***
All guests are required to leave a refundable deposit of $200 ($500 CAD if you bring pets with you).
If at any case smoking inside occurs, there is damage to the unit or other house rules are violated, this deposit will not be refunded.
