Description of the accommodation

Online booking description

In the north of Rathenow, the basement of a detached house has been converted into a small holiday flat, which consists of a lovingly furnished room with a double sofa bed (size: 1.60m x 1.95m), a small kitchen and a spacious bathroom with shower.

This holiday flat can be booked for 2 nights or more and can also be booked as a single room (single room).

A surcharge of €5.00 will be charged for use as a single room.

The overnight surcharge (for single room use) will be paid in cash on site.

The combined living room and bedroom is furnished with a wardrobe, small table, 2 club chairs, radio, TV and desk.
Wi-fi reception is included in the price.
The patio door also serves as the entrance.
In summer, sun loungers and a seating area can be used.
The small kitchen is equipped with crockery, pots and pans, fridge, 2-ring hob, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, toaster and a small dining area for 2 people.
On the enclosed property there is parking space for your car and the possibility to park your bicycles.
Bicycles for exploring the Havelland are on site (daily price 7,50 €/per person) and can be requested.

• the non-smoking holiday flat has a small smoking area, directly in front of the flat
• very quiet location
• when ordering breakfast, 7,50 €/person resp. 4,50 €/child (up to 12 years) (continental breakfast: consisting of bread/rolls, butter, jam, coffee or tea, sausage/cheese, egg)
• the final cleaning is included in the price
• a deposit is not required
• pets are not allowed
