Holiday with Dog
Small, detached house (cul-de-sac) in 54552 UDLER, located in a wooded area of the Eifel.
Spread over 48sqm, the lower floor features a daylight bathroom with shower/toilet and sink, and a storage room with a washing machine.
A cozy country kitchen is equipped with an electric stove (ceramic hob and oven), a refrigerator with a 3-star freezer compartment, a dishwasher, and a microwave.
There is also a wood-burning stove and a dining area. A space-saving staircase (very steep wooden stairs with half steps) leads to the upper floor, which contains a combined living/sleeping area with a double bed and a wardrobe.
A sofa corner with a TV is also provided.
Additional electric heaters are available in the bathroom, kitchen, and living room.
In front of the house, there is a covered terrace with a seating area, as well as a large plot with a barbecue area and a barn. (Shelter for motorcycles and bicycles is available).
The grounds are not fenced.
A quiet place to relax. The Maare-Mosel cycle path is 300 meters away.
Maare (volcanic lakes) are nearby.
Excursion possibilities include the Nürburgring, the Mosel region, or the Roman city of Trier.
Hiking to or around the Maare is also recommended.
Ideal for dog owners! You are welcome to bring your dog.
However, please provide a suitable sleeping place for your pet, as animals are not allowed on the bed or sofa.
We also have 2 dogs who look forward to every visit.
Hiking trails (Eifelsteig) and swimming in the Maare with a bathing area are available.
Excursions to the Mosel with its picturesque wine villages and wine cellars, and to the Roman city of Trier are also recommended.
For fans of motorsport or other events, the Nürburgring is only about 30km away.
The nearest town with shops, a pharmacy, doctor's offices, banks, and restaurants is about 3km away (also accessible via the cycle path). Miscellaneous: Enclosed, covered terrace (your dog can leave the house but cannot go off the terrace).

Electricity is charged at 0.50 cents per kWh. (Electricity will be read upon arrival and departure, and billed according to consumption). Arrival from 3:00 PM or by arrangement. Departure by 11:00 AM or by arrangement. Price List: Additional 0.50 cents per kWh (electricity will be read upon arrival and departure, and billed according to consumption). A fee of 2 Euros per day per dog will be charged for bringing a dog. Wood for cold winter days and for grilling is also provided.

Der Vorgarten ist wunderschön idyllisch und verspielt mit Liebe angelegt. Mit vielen Blumen und Sträucher bepflanzt. Für Bienen und anderen Insekten ein Paradies. Grillstelle, Relexliege und eine passende Sitzgruppe ist vorhanden. Sehr schön.

Es war einfach alles stimmig.
Von der Einrichtung bis zum Inventar. Immer wieder würden wir dort unseren Urlaub buchen. Die Vermieter sind wirklich Gold wert.

Für unseren Kurzurlaub, war das Haus perfekt. Wir konnten Fußläufig Richtung Felder laufen, toll mit unseren Hunden. Abends in das kalte Haus zu kommen und es dann mit dem Ofen gemütlich zu machen, war herrlich. Es hat uns sehr gefallen. Danke an die netten Vermieter.
