This is the ideal accommodation for guests who want to explore Palma town.

The house is located in proximity to the Gothic Roman Catholic Cathedral of Palma, as well as many other tourist attractions and shops. The first floor features the living room area with an open-plan dining room with glass-panelled doors that can be opened to enjoy the summer breeze.
There is a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need for home cooking.
There is also a cozy bedroom with a traditional double bed and a toilet. The second level has a bright and sunny bedroom suite with a large double bed and a small area with a desk and wardrobe space.
The en suite bathroom has a shower over the bath. The third level is a very spacious bedroom with two single beds.
There is also a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The house has central heating for the winter and fans for the summer.
Enjoy Palma and its many attractions! It's a perfect place for a holiday in Palma to enjoy shopping, museums, explore the old town culture, and it is also close to the city beach, where you can chill with the beautiful ocean view. Refundable deposits are required for damages to the property or contents which will be refunded by bank transfer 48 hours after check-out.
Therefore we will request your bank details (full name, bank name and address, IBAN, Swift or Bic number) either before or upon arrival. The heating for this accommodation is gas.
The cost is 10 Euros per night.
This is not included in the booking price and should be paid on the check-in day.
Please note that if arrival at the property is after 9:00 PM, there will be a late check-in fee of €50, payable in cash upon arrival.
All rubbish must be removed from the house before your departure on the day of departure.
Otherwise, there will be an additional charge of €50.
No pets allowed.
