The house is located in close proximity to the Gothic Roman Catholic Cathedral of Palma as well as many other tourist attractions and shops. The first floor is the living room area with an open-plan dining with glass-panelled that can be opened to enjoy the summer breeze.

There is a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need for home cooking.

There is also a cosy bedroom with a traditional double bed and a toilet. The second level has a bright and sunny bedroom suite with a large double bed and, a small area with a desk and wardrobe space.

The en suite’s bathroom has a shower over the bath. The third level is a very spacious bedroom with two single beds.

There is also a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The house has central heating for the winter and fans for the summer. Enjoy Palma and its many attractions! It is a perfect place for holiday which is in the city of Palma to enjoy shopping, museums, explore the old town and culture and also it is close to the city beach where you can chill with the beautiful ocean view. If an earlier/later arrival or departure from the house is required, please inquire at the time of booking, it is not always possible but we will try to help. We kindly ask for information regarding your day and time of arrival and departure in order to organize the reception of clients and their departure. There is a charge for final cleaning and laundry. Prices for this property are in Euros. A refundable deposit is required for damages to the property or contents, which will be refunded by bank transfer 48 hours after checkout.

Therefore, we will request your bank details (full name, bank name and address, IBAN, Swift or Bic number) either prior to or upon arrival. The heating for this accommodation is gas.

The cost is 10 Euros per night.

This is not included in the booking price and should be paid on the day of check-in. Please note that if you arrive at the property after 9:00 PM, a late check-in fee of €50 will be applied, payable in cash on arrival. All garbage must be removed from the house on your departure day prior to your departure.

Otherwise, an extra charge of €50 will be applied. No pets allowed. Parties are not allowed. No smoking in the property. Not suitable for disabled guests.
