This holiday apartment is located in the resort of MASPALOMAS / PLAYA DEL INGLES in the south of the island of Gran Canaria.

The complex includes a beautiful communal swimming pool with a separate pool for children, a solarium with sun loungers around the pool, and green areas. Observations: The communal pool is open all year round, except for a few days for maintenance or repair of possible malfunctions, as well as for hygiene regulations.
The same applies to other general supplies of the complex, such as water pipe breaks, power outages, etc.
The owner is not responsible for such events that may occur in the complex and are not under the owner's control.
These are managed by the complex administration or the respective suppliers.
The holiday apartment is located in the Dunaflor complex in Maspalomas.
Ideal for family holidays.
A restaurant, grocery store, and a small shopping center are also part of the complex.
In the immediate vicinity are the Faro 2 shopping center and various theme parks, flea markets, medical facilities, and sports facilities.
