Welcome to Brittany, and more particularly to Lilia Plouguerneau, opposite the lighthouse of Ile Vierge!

When you stay at Ty Tour Tan, you're choosing a typical Breton stone house with blue shutters and hydrangeas in the garden. The view of the Île Vierge lighthouse is the gift you get for your lunches on the terrace.


The house is charming, with its Breton furniture giving character to the stonework!


The kitchen is equipped with an electric hob, kettle, filter coffee maker, small oven, and all the utensils and equipment needed for cooking.

There is no dishwasher.


The lounge - living room - dining room invites you to relax and read. No television, but a 4G internet connection.

A mezzanine area accessible via a ladder is available. There is a bench to relax on. This is a ladder, so we warn you about using it and recommend that you take extreme care.


The bedroom is separated from the living area by a corridor, which leads to storage space and a shower room with a shower.

The bed is a 140x190.


The garden is beautifully landscaped and sublimated by the view of the lighthouse.

You can have lunch on the terrace and enjoy the Breton sun :)


The house is located 50m from Porz le Reun beach, in Lilia Plouguerneau. You will be 10min walk from restaurants, and the town of Lilia.

You will be welcomed by Ty-Anne Conciergerie, a professional rental agency, which will offer you personalised, made-to-measure services to make your holiday idyllic! Brittany is a dream destination, so the quality of service will be just that!


We will contact you to organise your holiday with you. We can advise you on activities and restaurants. Don't hesitate to ask for our services!

Our aim is to make you feel at home from the moment you arrive and throughout your stay! If you would like to know more about the house and its facilities, please do not hesitate to contact us.


You will have noticed that a cleaning fee is included in the rental price. This includes maintenance and disinfection, but not a complete clean. This means that you will be asked to clean the house daily, as well as managing your waste. If you do not wish to maintain the house during your stay, you can ask us for an additional cleaning service which will be invoiced to you (30€/h). We understand that you do not wish to take care of these things during your holiday. Don't hesitate to let us know so that we can arrange to meet your needs.
