By booking the vacation apartment, you acknowledge the following house rules.
House Rules / General Terms & Conditions Vacation Apartment
Our vacation apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
We kindly ask you NOT to smoke in the apartment.
Thank you very much. Please inform us of your estimated arrival time if there are any deviations from the stated arrival times. The chip card will be handed over at the reception, and if underground parking spaces are needed, this will be arranged individually. We will provide you with bed linen for the duration of your stay.
You do not need to remove the covers before your departure. Used dishes should be cleaned and dried and put back into the cupboards; beds do not need to be stripped.
Please simply throw all used towels in a pile on the floor before departure. We ask you to remove limescale deposits from tiles/glass in the shower after showering to prevent buildup.
Leave the window and, if possible, the door open for ventilation. No hygiene products, waste, food scraps, harmful liquids, fats, or similar should be thrown or poured into the shower and toilet, as this can lead to unpleasant blockages.
Please use the facilities provided. Damages No one intentionally damages property, but it can happen to anyone that something breaks.
If this happens, please report the damage immediately so that we do not discover it only after your departure during the final cleaning.
The guest is liable for damages up to the replacement cost. Bedding The cost of the final cleaning is covered by the total price, unless otherwise agreed.
It is calculated based on normal cleaning effort.
If you desire additional cleaning during your stay, please let us know! Hair Dryer We will provide you with a hairdryer for the duration of your stay.
You will find it in the vanity unit under the sink. Liability The landlord is not liable for valuables of the guest(s). Towels We will provide you with towels for the duration of your stay.
Please simply throw used towels on the floor before departure. A small first-aid kit is available for emergencies, which you can find in the vanity unit under the sink.
However, we hope you will not need it. House Rights Under certain circumstances, it may be necessary for the landlord to enter the vacation apartment without the guest's knowledge. Pets Pets are allowed in the apartment. Internet / WiFi Wireless internet access (WiFi) is available in the vacation apartment.
The access code is provided in the vacation apartment. Upon request, we will gladly provide you with a travel cot including bedding and/or a high chair free of charge.
Please let us know what you need when booking. If you require additional catering, please feel free to contact our management department at +359 88 9849955. Kitchen The kitchen has been completely newly installed.
Please handle the kitchen furnishings and appliances with care.
Please only put clean and dry dishes back into the cupboards.
The same applies to cutlery, pots, and appliances that you have used.
Please return everything as you would like to find it yourself.
No waste, food scraps, harmful liquids, fats, or similar should be thrown or poured into the sink, as this can lead to unpleasant blockages. Ventilation To prevent mold, we ask you to ventilate the rooms sufficiently, at least once with shock ventilation (5-10 minutes) per day, and especially after showering. Waste Disposal As we are obligated to separate waste, we ask for your help.
Waste should be separated as follows: -> Packaging materials according to the yellow bin, i.e., all packaging with the Green Dot. -> Paper (blue waste bin).
The bin for this is located by the coat rack. -> Organic waste (green bin), i.e., fruit and vegetable scraps, coffee filters, tea bags, etc. -> Residual waste (everything that does not fall into the first two categories). -> We will dispose of used glass/returnable bottles for you upon request.
We provide garbage bags. Parking can be arranged directly in the underground garage for an extra charge within the complex.
In case of short-term failure of furnishings, public utilities, or due to force majeure, there is no entitlement to a price reduction.
Defects in the vacation apartment must be reported to the landlord immediately.
The guest grants the landlord a reasonable period to rectify defects.
Later complaints will not be accepted and cannot be offset. Smoking Smoking is generally prohibited in our vacation apartment.
Damages such as burn marks and holes in or on furniture, flooring, bedding, etc., will result in us having to charge you the replacement value.
It is possible to smoke on the entire property.
Please do not dispose of cigarette butts on the ground, but in the provided ashtrays or residual waste. Cleaning Should you have an accident (extreme dirt, liquids on the floor or work surfaces, etc.), please clean it up immediately.
A broom, dustpan, vacuum cleaner, and cleaning supplies are available.
You will receive a bucket and mop in the main building.
We ask you to leave the vacation apartment broom-clean upon departure and to put all used dishes back clean and dry in the cupboards. The main entrance door can only be opened from the outside with a chip card.
Please do not carelessly slam the door, but ensure you have a chip card with you.
The main door should generally be kept closed and locked with the chip card when leaving the house.
Likewise, all windows must be closed when leaving the apartment to prevent potential damage from bad weather or break-ins. The apartment features a 50 square meter terrace and a clear sea view! It is located directly on the beach!
