By booking the holiday apartment, you acknowledge the following house rules.

Our holiday apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
We kindly ask you NOT to smoke in the apartment.
Thank you very much. Please inform us of your estimated arrival time, in case of deviations from the stated arrival times.
The chip card handover takes place at the reception, and if underground parking spaces are needed, then by individual arrangement. We provide you with bed linen for the duration of your stay.
You do not need to remove the covers before your departure.
Used dishes should be put back clean and dry in the cupboards; the beds do not need to be stripped.
Please throw all used towels in a pile on the floor before departure. Bathroom.
We ask you to squeegee the tiles/glass of the shower after showering to prevent limescale.
Leave the window and, if possible, the door open for ventilation.
No hygiene products, waste, food scraps, harmful liquids, fats, or similar should be thrown or poured into the shower and toilet, as this can lead to unpleasant blockages.
Please use the provided facilities. Damages.
No one intentionally damages things, but it can happen to anyone that something breaks.
If this happens, we ask you to report the damage immediately so that we do not discover it only after your departure during the final cleaning.
The guest is liable for damages up to the cost of replacement. Bed linen.
The costs of the final cleaning are covered by the total price, unless otherwise agreed.
They are calculated based on a normal cleaning effort.
If you require cleaning between stays, please let us know! Hair Dryer.
We provide a hairdryer for the duration of your stay.
You will find it in the vanity unit under the sink. Liability.
The landlord is not liable for the guest's valuables. Towels.
We provide towels for the duration of your stay.
Please throw used towels on the floor before departure.
A small first-aid kit is available for emergencies, which you will find in the vanity unit under the sink.
However, we hope you will not need it. House Rights.
Under certain circumstances, it may be necessary for the landlord to enter the holiday apartment without the guest's knowledge. Pets.
Animals are allowed in the apartment. Internet / WiFi.
A wireless internet connection (WIFI) is available in the holiday apartment.
The access code is available in the holiday apartment. Upon request, we will provide a travel cot with bedding and/or a high chair free of charge.

The kitchen has been completely newly installed.
Please handle the kitchen furnishings and technical equipment with care.
Please only put dishes back in the cupboards when they are dry and clean.
The same applies to cutlery, pots, and appliances you have used.
Please return everything as you would like to find it yourself.
No waste, food scraps, harmful liquids, fats, or similar should be thrown or poured into the sink, as this can lead to unpleasant blockages. Ventilation.
To prevent mold, we ask you to ventilate the rooms sufficiently, at least once with shock ventilation (5-10 minutes) per day, and especially after showering. Waste.
As we are obliged to separate waste, we ask for your help with this.
Waste must be separated into: -> Packaging material according to the yellow bag, i.e., all packaging with the Green Dot. -> Paper (blue bin).
The bin for this is located at the coat rack. -> Organic (green bin), i.e., fruit and vegetable waste, coffee filters, tea bags, etc. -> Residual waste (everything that does not fall into the first two categories). -> We will dispose of old glass/returnable bottles upon request. We will provide you with garbage bags. Parking is available directly in the underground garage for an extra charge within the complex.
In the event of a short-term failure of furnishings, public utilities, or due to force majeure, there is no entitlement to a price reduction.
Defects in the holiday apartment must be reported to the landlord immediately.
The guest grants the landlord a reasonable period to rectify the defects.
Later complaints will not be accepted and cannot be credited. Smoking.
Smoking is strictly forbidden in our holiday apartment.
Damage such as burn marks and holes in or on furniture, flooring, bedding, etc., will result in us having to charge you the replacement cost.
It is possible to smoke on the entire property.
However, please do not dispose of cigarette butts on the floor, but in the provided ashtrays or residual waste. Cleaning.
Should you have an accident (extreme dirt, liquids on the floor or work surfaces, etc.), we ask you to clean it up immediately.
Brooms, dustpans, vacuum cleaners, and cleaning agents are available.
Buckets and mops can be obtained from the main building.
We ask you to leave the holiday apartment broom-clean upon departure and to put all used dishes back clean and dry in the cupboards. The building entrance door can only be opened from the outside with a chip card.
Please do not carelessly slam the door, but ensure you have a chip card with you.
The main door should generally remain closed and be locked with the chip card when leaving the building.
Likewise, all windows must be closed when leaving the apartment to prevent possible damage from storms or burglary. The apartment has a 50 square meter terrace and a clear sea view! It is located directly on the beach!
