This 60 m² holiday home, built in 2018, with a large terrace, is directly connected to the jetty and is located in the beautiful Jämtland region outside the town of Östersund.
From the lake terrace and the jetty, you can jump directly into your own boat. Innersta Friden features a large sauna, two sleeping lofts with double and single beds, and a sofa bed (1.40 m wide). The living area has a fireplace and Wi-Fi. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a large bathroom with bathrobes, and a washing machine.
Outdoor access to a barbecue area is available.
Everything is state-of-the-art, fresh, yet wonderfully rustic, made of wood as befits a North Swedish mountain cabin. Only forests, fields, and the lake surround you. There are good spots for picking mushrooms and berries.
The wildlife around the holiday home is diverse, and the lake "Revsundssjön" is, according to the fishing guide, one of the most fish-rich lakes in Sweden. There are also two beautiful, unique, and popular hiking trails to discover here, which occasionally lead to wonderful swimming spots. In winter, there are all sorts of winter activities in the surrounding area, such as ice fishing, skiing (Mickelbacken in Gällö), snowmobile rental, and opportunities for dog sledding and horse riding (30 km). When cycling, there are fantastic routes around the nearby lakes.
Possible excursions include elk safaris, the Jamtli Open-Air Museum in Östersund, Ristafallet and Tännforsen near Åre, the Thai Temple in Ragunda, or the ski tunnel in Gällö.
