Harbourside, a first-floor apartment, has an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area, a double bedroom with balcony and en-suite, a twin with en-suite, and a utility. Appliances consist of a double electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, a TV with FreeSat, DVD and CD player/radio. Outside there is a balcony with furniture, and an annual parking permit, for one car, is provided for the Mayors Avenue public car park (subject to available spaces). This is a pet-free and smoke-free home. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 0.3 miles, a pub 0.2 in miles, and beach in 0.7 miles. Enjoy Devon's coastline at Harbourside. Note: Access is via 30 stone steps, unsuitable for those with limited mobility.
