This beautifully located small holiday home is just 30 meters from the water with a large terrace and morning sun overlooking Horsfjärden.

The house is located on a property where the landlord's main house is also situated.
There is a newly built bathroom with a shower and toilet, sink, heated towel rail, etc. New double bed and 2 sleeping places in the new sofa bed (110cm) in the living room, 2 extra beds. A functional kitchen with a fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, etc., and a proper dining area.
Everything was renovated in 2017. Down by the water, there is a small beach and access to the floating bridge.
The evening sun with amazing sunsets invites you to dream. A sauna can also be rented, as well as a boat for fishing and excursions. On Muskö, you will find a small general store and a restaurant, and only a 50-minute drive to Stockholm city center and just 30 minutes to Nynäshamn, offering perfect excursion destinations. Muskö is a beautiful island.
