Nice and clean chalet and enjoyable overnight stop just spoilt that we still haven't been refunded the deposit we had to pay and difficult to communicate with hosts. If not refunded deposit makes it it an extremely expensive overnight stay. Hopefully just poor on their admin side.

Lack of communication, had to contact booking.com to get involved, asked for £100 damage insurance the night before the stay, when we got to the chalet realised why, the couch had a broken leg but had been placed to look ok until you sat on it. Had to use the decking chairs to sit on. I did send pics, but there no response (shock). The bed had the lumpiest mattress, so sleeping was difficult.
