Pennant is a top floor apartment in Wentworth House, a mere 100m from the harbour benefitting from stunning views and lift access. The open plan living / kitchen and dining area has a Juliet balcony that accentuates the amazing vista and creates a bright and airy feel to the property. There are two ample bedrooms, one with an ensuite shower room,
St Mawes is one of the most exclusive traditional villages in the Country, with a wealth of activities within close reach. Historic Castles from the era of Henry VIII, glistening blue waters, bustling beaches, Cornish Pubs, award-winning restaurants, amazing coastal walks, ferries to different locations, little motor boats, kayaks, and stand-up paddle boards, all available for rental. (During the season) The Roseland peninsula has a huge variety of places to explore, there are many beaches, some with golden sands, some with shingle, all with a splattering of rock pools, there are secluded coves, towering cliffs, and the famous lighthouse at St Anthony. (Fraggle Rock for everyone of a certain age!) The artists' haven of Portscatho is well worth a visit, as is Veryan. with its famous round houses.

Communal entrance hall and stair case to 3rd floor. There is a lift, however, if you have disability issues then do not book as we cannot guarantee that it is always working.
Third floor only: Enter into the hallway with doors to: Open plan living / kitchen and dining room, amazing, south facing views across St Mawes Harbour to Place Manor and the Percuil River. Beautifully decorated and furnished with comfortable seating, dining table and chairs, and a well-equipped, fully fitted kitchen. Master bedroom with 5' bed and storage. Twin bedroom with storage and an ensuite shower room with WC and hand basin. Family bathroom with shower over the bath, WC and hand basin.

Stayed in Pennant 5 day, myself and 3 kids. The flat is perfectly placed, easy to access pubs and the beaches plus you have a great view. The flat itself is well furnished and kitchen has everything you need, even stuff for baking with the kids!! It was also really clean and fresh when we arrived. Would definitely stay again if coming back to St Mawes.

We had a wonderful week in Pennant. It was light and airy and the big plus was the view of the harbour and estuary. The books were interesting. The paintings and placemats were appreciated. A few improvements needed...we both hit our head on the air-extractor over the hob but you probably can’t reme...

Pennant is spacious, comfortable, well designed with lovely furnishings and spectacular views across the harbour. Unfortunately the lift was out of order which meant climbing up 48 steps with two landings - a struggle with luggage. However, this didn't spoil our stay in the magical harbour village ...
