On the mezzanine, two spacious and unique bedrooms await you: "Le Grenier" with 4 beds of 90x200 (or one large bed of 180x200 + 2 beds of 90x200, upon request) and "Le Nid" with a bed of 180x200.
On the half-floor, you will also find 2 other bedrooms (beds of 160/200), "La Prairie" and "La Rosée".
On the landing, you will have a bathroom, a shower room, and a separate toilet at your disposal.
For your comfort during your stay, sheets, towels, and cleaning are included in the price.
Two hairdryers are provided.
The cottage is adjacent to the owners' house.
Two female cats, Leïca and Bennie, live on the farm and may enter the cottage, as it is their refuge. The owners also have two dogs (barking is therefore possible) as well as other animals such as sheep, donkeys, and horses (in the paddocks). The entrance to the cottage is on the 1st floor via the external staircase. In the heart of the Marne countryside, come and discover our beautiful region, rich in cultural and gastronomic heritage.
In the beautiful Saint Thierry massif, in the northwest of the department, you are just a stone's throw from Reims, the city where the kings of France were crowned, and at the center of the rich vineyards of Champagne estates. Calm and rest await you in this charming 19th-century building, a former farm in Vadiville and a former stud farm, entirely renovated.
You will have a large independent garden, shaded and enclosed by hedges, as well as a terrace equipped with garden furniture, umbrellas, and a barbecue for 10 people. You will have a spacious living room (with table football) allowing you to have your meals and relax in the lounge area with a fireplace (wood stove).
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and convivial (bean-to-cup espresso machine, 2 raclette grills, 1 waffle maker, and 1 croque monsieur maker).

Les hôtes étaient très accueillants. Le gîte a tout le nécessaire pour passer des excellents moments. L'espace permet de jouer avec les enfants à l'intérieur si le temps est capricieux. Les extérieurs sont très jolis et très grands.Je recommande !

Séjour parfait, équipements au top, lieu tranquille pour se ressourcer.Propriétaire très accessible.Le seul point négatif que l'on pourrait dire mais qui est indépendant du proprietaire, c'est au niveau de la réservation sur le site, pas très accueillant, impersonnel.
