We offer for tourist rental a modern bungalow in a new development in La Zenia.
The complex has a playground and three swimming pools.
Total area – 74 m2.
The bungalow consists of a living room, two bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen, two bathrooms, a terrace, and a private solarium.
There is a parking space for your car.
Everything necessary for a comfortable and relaxing stay is provided: new furniture, appliances (including a coffee machine and dishwasher), bed linen and towels, and dishes.
The terrace and solarium are equipped with summer furniture.
There is also a barbecue on the solarium.
Central air conditioning.
Spanish TV, wireless internet.
Accommodation for up to six people (no pets!).
Smoking is only permitted on the terrace or solarium area.
The La Zenia area has well-developed infrastructure.
Not far from the bungalow is a huge shopping center "Zenia Boulevard," and within walking distance is the "Mercadona" supermarket chain.
There are cafes and restaurants nearby.
The sea is approximately 1 km away.
Check-in to the property is from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
Check-out is from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
For check-in or check-out outside of the company's/office's working hours, on Sundays, weekends, and public holidays, an additional charge of 20 euros will apply.
Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Saturday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Sunday closed.
A security deposit of 200 euros is required upon check-in.

The property was as described and offered us an excellent base.Really close to all amenities which was excellent and we enjoyed several walks to the beach.Only negative is that the couch and bed were not that comfortable. Hopefully they will be updated.
