Casale Delle Papere is a beautiful property in Nepi, just 30 minutes from Rome. The farmhouse is situated in a quiet location of absolute privacy and enjoys views of the surrounding countryside. Guests can enjoy a large furnished garden and exclusive swimming pool (2 x 2 x 1 m). Its short distance from the center of Rome allows after a day of visiting the capital to reserve pleasant moments in total relaxation and is the ideal place for a vacation or a weekend in both the summer and winter months. Its location for outdoor enthusiasts offers the possibility for those who love biking or walking along the Via Amerina and the Tuscia path.
The farmhouse is arranged on one level, furnished with great care and elegance, with a garden equipped with an outdoor veranda, designed for outdoor dining and ideal for enjoying the surrounding landscape. Wood-fired oven available.

Very comfortable for 2; 2 additional family members can easily be accommodated. Air conditioning is available but we didn’t need it in early June. The al fresco dining features a beautiful Wisteria draped pergola that overlooks the little farm property and small valley of the Rio Vicano
