Riverbank is a well-appointed, duplex apartment perched above the River Rothay in the breath-taking Lake District National Park.
Set in the charming village of Grasmere, just a stone’s throw from a hub of amenities and attractions, this pet-friendly apartment offers a central base for a family of four, looking to enjoy the Cumbrian countryside.
On arrival, park up in the designated space before ascending the external steps, leading up to your private decked area, enjoying stunning, riverside views.
Head indoors to reach the open-plan living space, complete with a well-equipped kitchen, a dedicated dining area, and plush seating to sink into after a day of hiking.
If the weather allows, take your mealtimes outdoors and sit at the bistro table, ending the evening with a refreshing tipple or warm hot chocolate.
Once you’re ready for bed, enjoy a soak in the bathroom or head up to the shower room, housing a walk-in shower, before catching some rest from either the king-size or twin bedrooms.

Riverbank, a duplex apartment, has an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area, a king-size bedroom, a twin, a bathroom and a shower room. Appliances consist of an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, Smart TV and TV. Outside there is an elevated decked area with furniture, and designated parking for one car. One well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, along with a highchair and travel cot. You'll find a shop and pub in 0.1 miles, and Grasmere Lake in 0.6 miles. Enjoy Cumbria and its delights from Riverbank. Note: The apartment is accessed via external steps, unsuitable for those with limited mobility. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am. Note: Please supervise dogs and children near the river. Note: Limited headroom in the twin bedroom.
