Recently renovated and decorated with unparalleled refinement, this single-story house was designed for you to feel completely disconnected and in harmony with nature.
Enjoy stunning, direct views of the Ria Formosa from our spacious terrace. ✨ House Highlights: • Total Comfort: Air conditioning in all rooms. • Sleeping Arrangements: 2 bedrooms with double beds (160x200). • Maximum Capacity: 4 adults or 4 adults + 2 children (up to 12 years old), with children sharing the sofa bed in one of the bedrooms. • Kitchen: Modern, fully equipped open-plan kitchen (including Nespresso coffee machine), washing machine and dishwasher, ceramic hob, electric kettle. • Technology: Smart TV and Internet (Wi-Fi). • Bathroom: With a modern Italian shower. ☀️ The Private Terrace (50m²) The heart of the house is our 50m² terrace, perfect for spending the day and watching the sunset over the Ria: • Charcoal barbecue (BBQ). • Sun loungers, parasols, and a relaxing hammock. 📍 The Neighborhood and Location (Armona Island) The accommodation is located in a residential area of the island, where serenity and scenic beauty prevail at the highest level. Walking Distances: Minimarket: 50 meters Beach: 300 meters Children's Playground: 200 meters Ferry Terminal: 800 meters 🔑 Guest Access • Guests have exclusive access to the accommodation and its private terraces. • By choosing to stay with us, you have selected a private accommodation registered in Portugal as AL (Alojamento Local), not a hotel.
Therefore, you will not find the same hotel amenities and services. • We kindly ask you to treat the space with the same care and attention you would your own home. 📜 House Rules • The accommodation is not suitable for gatherings or parties of any kind. • We ask that the house rules and the neighbors' peace be always respected. • Pets are not allowed. • Smoking is prohibited inside the property. 🧭 Access and Getting Around (Important Information) Armona Island is a car-free paradise.
Travel is done solely on foot. • Arrival to the Island: Access is only by sea (Ferry from Olhão or Water Taxi). • From the Ferry Terminal to the House: The property is 800 meters from the boarding dock.
Please ensure you have the physical ability to walk and transport your luggage/groceries to the house, as there are no support vehicles. Important: Guests are responsible for checking the boat schedules for the crossing (Summer/Winter).

Great property, clean has everything you need. Comfortable beds. Lots of place to sit and relax and enjoy the view. Well positioned on the island. Would definitely recommend.

The family and I had a really great stay in this high spec house with views on the quiet side of the island.
Nice outdoor spaces at front and back make it great for alfresco dining and drinks. Easy communication with owner and wonderfully relaxing few days. Will come again.
