The apartment is located in the most prestigious area of Venice, a short walk (two minutes on foot) from the renowned and prestigious Peggy Guggenheim Collection Museum, one of the most important museums in Italy for 20th-century European and American art. All around the apartment, you can find exclusive art galleries and various shops of all kinds.
Five minutes from the Accademia Bridge, which connects the Sestriere of the same name to that of San Marco, where you can visit the beautiful square and its Basilica, as well as stroll through the narrow streets and the renowned Calle XXII Marzo, well known as the shopping street for its numerous haute couture boutiques and prestigious jewelry stores. Known worldwide as the city built on water, given its construction on 100 lagoon islands, Venice is one of the most popular Italian destinations for global tourism. It can be defined as an open-air museum, thanks to its numerous historical and artistic testimonies preserved and represented by many churches, palaces, and museums. Walking through Venice is like taking a dive into the past; the so-called calli (streets) are dotted and framed by aristocratic buildings such as the Doge's Palace, the historic residence of the Doges, by spectacular bridges including the famous Rialto Bridge, and by canals navigable by gondolas, vaporettos, and boats of all kinds. The heart of the city is the enchanting St. Mark's Square, which houses the Basilica of the same name and welcomes thousands of tourists from all over the world every day. The most prominent event of the place is certainly Carnival, which attracts the attention of a large part of travelers worldwide, thanks to its centuries-old tradition of masks and costumes that animate the streets every year. Finally, an activity not to be missed if you decide to visit this magnificent and evocative location is undoubtedly the famous "Bàcaro Tour," a typical initiative that involves tourists in a tour of Venetian taverns accompanied by glasses of local wine and cicheti, or small tasty appetizers. The accommodation is a 13-minute walk from Venice Santa Lucia station and 13 km from Venice Marco Polo Airport.

The apartment had a very nice view and was also not really far from the San Marco square ( a 30 min walk) which we really appreciated. The only thing that was a bit lacking is communication since the staff took a long time to reply to our texts. A part from that, everything was perfect.

This is a great apartment with a view of the water in Venice. If you follow the host's instructions on how to get to the apartment, it is very easy to find. Although the weather did not permit us to make good use of the balcony, there is a great view up there depending on when you visit.I highly recommend this apartment.
