The living space for this property is open-plan, with a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, a dining area for six and a sitting area with a Smart TV and an electric fire, as well as a handy cloakroom with washer/dryer. The bedrooms consist of two en-suite king-size rooms, as well as a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Outside there is a rear patio with furniture. Within 0.3 miles or less you will find a shop, a pub and a river and please note that one well-behaved pet is welcome but sorry, no smoking. This property is ideal to visit Hay on Wye as only few a minutes walk to the shops. It was great to have the parking spaces too. The house had everything we needed and it was lovely to have a few welcome gifts when we arrived. It was thoughtful to have milk in the fridge for us. We would recommend this to anyone staying in Hay on Wye and would be happy to book again if we visited again.
