Trulli Corte Kalia is an exclusive design villa with Trulli for rent and a beautiful infinity pool for private use, immersed in an ultra-century-old olive grove.
This beautiful residence is located in the heart of Alto Salento.
Set among the olive trees is this wonderful villa with trulli, featuring a beautiful rock garden, terrace with furnished solarium, lounge and outdoor dining table, and a mini golf course for enthusiasts.
The infinity pool is irregularly shaped with a waterfall. Entrance to the pool is via a convenient little beach that allows you to relax and sunbathe and is especially ideal for children. Swimming in the pool will give you the impression of being immersed in a forest of unforgettable olive trees.
The interior of Trulli Corte Kaliasi develops into 4 semi-independent units: the main dwelling and the adjoining trulli with lamia.
The main dwelling is regular in shape and has a dining room, living room/lounge with TV corner and matrimonial sofa/bed, fully equipped kitchen and double bedroom. Adjacent to the main dwelling are:
-the first Trullo Suite has a separate entrance and consists of a single room with a double bed in an alcove, a cot/child's bed, a small desk and an ensuite bathroom with shower.
-the second Trullo Suite has only one double bed and ensuite bathroom.
-the Family Suite: consisting of an entrance hall with a single bed/child's sofa and two double bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms.
The villa offers useful accessories for younger guests: cot kit + high chair.
