Bedrooms offer blackout blinds, neutral tones, and curtains for restful sleep.

The open-plan kitchen and dining area is fully equipped with all the essentials, featuring a cozy round dining table for five.
You can use this to work from whilst gazing out into the garden that is behind a wall making is private. Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms: two lovely rooms (super king and double beds) both with wardrobes and chest of draws.
The 3rd room is a single with a single bed complete with wardrobes.
There's also a family bathroom with a bath and overhead shower.

Esher High Street is only a 10-minute walk uphill. Schools: Claremont Fan Court School is near by (Portsmouth Road Entrance) 10min drive. ACS International School is a 12min drive away.
Cobham, Oxshot and Kingston are a short drive away.
It is the perfect spot to explore. Please note: This property is NOT pet friendly due to allergies You can book both cottages for larger family gatherings.
