18 Church Street is a sympathetically-restored, Grade II listed home situated in the heart of Llangollen, Denbighshire.
This pet-friendly abode boasts original features that take you through a journey of history, woven with original beams and exposed stonework, and is conveniently located near amenities and the beautiful River Dee, making it a wonderful spot for a family break.
Park up in the rear public car park, where you can purchase a parking permit, before heading around the front and up the external steps to reach your charming abode.
As you explore the ground floor, the living/dining room offers a homely feel, with a dedicated dining table for six guests, a delightful woodburning stove, and plush seating on offer, whilst the kitchen offers a range of contemporary appliances, where you can conjure up your best culinary creations.
Wander up the spiral staircase where you’ll find the bedrooms; a king-size with A-frame beams, and a twin, both traditionally decorated and featuring ample storage space; a handy cloakroom rests next door, whilst an indulgent roll-top bath and walk-in shower rest in the ground-floor bathroom.
For the outdoor lover, find the multi-level, enclosed rear garden, with its patio and decked area, where you can dine alfresco, light the barbecue, and store your bikes and outdoor equipment, whilst your furry companion safely roams; here you will also find access to the external utility, housing a washing machine, tumble dryer and further storage space.

18 Church Street has a kitchen, living/dining room with woodburning stove and sofa bed, an external utility, a king-size bedroom, a twin, a first-floor cloakroom and a ground-floor bathroom. Appliances consist of an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and Smart TV. Outside there is an enclosed, multi-level, rear garden with patio, decking, lawn, furniture, barbecue and secure bike storage, and a parking to the rear where guests can pay for a permit. One well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Enjoy the best of Denbighshire from 18 Church Street. Note: There are steps to the exterior and interior, unsuitable for those with limited mobility. Note: There is a steep spiral staircase, with open tread steps and wide handrails, and a steep drop in the garden; children should be supervised at all times. Note: Low head height throughout the home, due to its character.

Such a beautiful restoration of a historic half timber home. Everything was clean and fresh. Parking in the coop just behind worked great using the justpark app. Location is great for Llangollen, and the drive to the rest of North Wales wasn't bad on the A5. The hosts were super responsive via text when we had a question about an appliance.
