Ground floor (independent entrance): hall with wall cupboard. 1st floor: living room-kitchen lounge area, 2 bedrooms in the attic (2 single beds 90x190 cm / 1 double bed 160x200 cm), a bathroom (shower), separate WC. Total floor space: 84 m² including attic areas.
Private outdoor dining area in front of the entrance to the cottage. Terraced house in a residential area, 300 m from Viviers du lac, a shopping town overlooking Lake Bourget.
Pleasantly furnished gite under the roof, with reversible air conditioning.
Possibility of storing bicycles in a closed shelter.
Bus stop 100 m away to reach Aix les Bains (Ondéa line n°1 connecting the SNCF station and the marina). Private parking in front of the cottage.

Accueil sympatique du proprietaire qui nous a offert un cadeau local et qui est de très bon conseil pour ce qui est du tourisme. Logement très bien situé, propre, idéal pour une famille de 4. Très bien équipé. Vue très agréable. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

L’accueil du propriétaire et la propreté était très bien, L’équipement dans le logement aussi. Par contre l’accès au logement est un peu compliqué, il faut savoir manœuvrer avec sa voiture pour se garer.Sinon, rien à redire, le logement était spacieux, très bien.
