House Description: Our holiday residence is a spacious, naturally lit home comprising six bedrooms: one single with an en-suite bathroom and five doubles, all equipped with single beds and individual air conditioning systems, making it the perfect retreat for large groups or families looking to enjoy time together without sacrificing personal space.
The property's sea-facing garden stands as an oasis of serenity and tranquility, ideal for relaxing, sunbathing, or enjoying outdoor meals.
The ample terraces offer spectacular ocean panoramas, providing the perfect spot for a sunset glass of wine or simply unwinding to the sound of the waves. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils for preparing delicious meals with family or friends.
Should you prefer dining out, the residence is just a short distance from some of the area's most outstanding restaurants. The spacious living and dining room, adorned with cozy decor, offers an ideal communal space equipped with an air conditioning system.

We hope you choose our home for your next getaway! Air conditioning is available from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Important Information: In case of lost keys or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside of office hours.
New keys must be collected from our office by the guest. On the day of departure, no trash should be left at the property.
Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 will be charged for waste management. Guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.

Leider kein Markt (EInkaufsmöglichkeit) in naher Umgebugn. Fahrrad oder Auto ist m.e. erforderlich, wobei Fahrrad ausreichend ist.
