Kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, Dining room with woodburner. Sitting room with open fire. 3 x TV, TV in main bedroom and kitchen, plus a 48 inch TV in sitting room, all TVs have Saorview. Sitting room and hallway have new timber flooring as of July 2024. WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack inc. in rent. Games available. Oil central heating. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Ample off-road parking. We had the most wonderful stay in Katie's Cottage. We met the lovely host Caroline on arrival and we couldn't have gotten a warmer welcome. There was fresh scones with jam and butter and a bottle of wine in the fridge. The house was absolutely immaculate with loads of fresh towels and bed linen. The...
