Quiet and sunny panoramic location with dream lake view. Marvellous hiking area in the immediate vicinity. Private car parking space. Pets are not allowed. Up to 4 persons. The two tastefully furnished 2- and 3-room flats are located on the ground floor and first floor respectively of the well-kept 3-family house "Casa Baita Flavia". The apartments are in a quiet and sunny panoramic position. You can enjoy a marvellous view of the lake from both the indoor and outdoor areas. If you are looking for peace, sun and nature, then this is the place for you. If you still feel a longing for the rest of the world, both flats have free WLAN internet access for navigating the internet. The "Casa Baita Flavia" is located approx. 1.5 km from the lake and approx. 2 km from Gonte, where there is a grocery shop, pharmacy, doctor, restaurant and pizzeria. The public beach and the boat landing stage are approx. 2 km away. Many excursion destinations can also be reached by public transport. Oggebbio and the surrounding area offer marvellous walking and hiking trails for all tastes in almost endless chestnut and beech forests. Five golf courses can be reached by car within 15 to 30 minutes. Please bring your own bed linen and towels. Some pets are allowed. 2-room flat "A" with approx. 50 m² living space, up to 4 persons
