This means that the pool and the entire park will be available from 31 May to 23 August 2025. For this reason, the rental prices are greatly reduced in the weeks without pool and park. During these periods, you do not park your car within the enclosed property, but in the free public car park approx. 30 m away.

On the opposite side of the street, the house has an approx. 10.000 metres of enclosed parkland (partly on a slope) with a wonderful view of the lake and a park in the upper part of the house approx. 50 metres above the house there is a large gravelled terrace with tables and benches, barbecue and toilet, and at the lower end of the park there is an approx. 9 m x approx. 4 m pool (depth approx. 1.5 m) with sunbathing area, outdoor shower, small kitchen, toilet and changing room.
