Both from the interior and exterior areas, you can enjoy a fantastic view of the lake and the opposite shore, and a swim in the lake followed by breakfast on the terrace or balcony is certainly one of the "highlights" of a stay here in Lezzeno.

For a quick refreshment, a private beach and a pool with a sunbathing area and outdoor shower (approx. 8 m x 5 m, open depending on the weather from mid-May to the end of September) are available for shared use with Villa Lago di Como, approximately 30 m away.

Grocery stores, bars, and cafés can be reached within a 5 to 10-minute walk.

The nearby restaurants will gladly spoil you with freshly caught lake fish and traditional dishes.

Como, with its romantic old town, is only about 20 km away, and Bellagio, only about 8 km away, also invites you for a stroll.

For sports enthusiasts, there is a water ski and diving school nearby; the house itself has free canoes (use at your own risk).
