Villa Maeni situated in Pula near only 2 km away from wonderful beaches, is a remarkable modern villa with pool that will leave little to be desired.
The villa features a modern contemporary design and it is decorated with a lot of love.
Large windows as well as balcony doors make sure that a lot of natural lightning comes through.
On the ground floor you will find a spacious living area connected to a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, one bathroom with shower and one bedroom.
The other tree bedrooms are located on the upper floor, all equipped with a double bed and A/C unit.
Two of the four bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom for extra comfort.
The outdoor area is equipped with sun loungers around the pool a dinning area and the BBQ where you can let your inner chef shine and prepare delicious meals for friends and family.
All amenities are at walking distance from the villa.

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub! Das Haus war sauber aber etwas verbesserungswürdig! Im Haus war alles top bis auf die Klimaanlage die nicht richtig läuft und einen komischen Duft absondert! Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist neu, alles sehr sauber und sehr schön. Die Küche hat einen super großen Kühlschrank, aber leider hatten wir einige Kochutensilien vermisst, die wir dann für uns gekauft hatten.
