The 130 m² property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and an additional toilet, accommodating up to six guests.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for remote work, a TV, heating, a washing machine, as well as books and toys for children.
A baby cot and high chair are also provided. The private outdoor area includes a heated pool (open until 9:00 p.m.), a garden, an open-air terrace, and a barbecue.
For the 2025 season, the heated pool is available from May 1 to September 30. Please note: the pool does not have a child safety barrier; a protective cover is installed—parental supervision is required at all times. Nearby, you can explore the many historic monuments in the city center and its UNESCO-listed belfry, as well as the Vauban citadel in Arras.
The region also offers several freshwater fishing spots. Free street parking is available.
Families with children are welcome.

Wunderschönes Stadthaus, mit einem tollen Pool im Garten. Leider konnten wir den Pool aufgrund des schlechten Wetters nur einen Tag nutzen.Die Treppe ist etwas steil, aber für Menschen machbar. Unser Hund (30kg, nicht mal eben tragbar) hat problemlos unten geschlafen. Restaurants und einige Geschäft...

Petite déception à l'arrivée; la piscine était toute verte , le problème a été réglé avec quelques difficultés en six jours ( nous avons eu droit à un petit dédommagement)
Un effort serait à faire quant à la tenue du jardin : pelouse non tondue , jardinières de mauvaises herbes , pot de plantes séchées.
Concernant le logement rien à dire , bien équipé , chambres spacieuses , déco à l'ancienne.
