In the centre of the town of Olhos de Água, 50 metres from the beach, you can enjoy the restaurants, bars and terraces, as well as all the services on offer in the town.


The cheerful decor reflects harmony between the various areas of the room, comprising an entrance hall, a living-dining room, a kitchenette, a master bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony.


In the living room you'll find a sofa convertible into a bed for two, a 4-seater dining table, a coffee table, satellite TV and access to the balcony.


The kitchenette, very functional and fully equipped, has a fridge with freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, hob and oven, microwave, toaster and electric kettle to guarantee the quality of your meals.


The master bedroom, with two single beds, is air-conditioned and has a built-in wardrobe. This flat has 1 complete bathroom, consisting of a bathtub, washbasin, toilet and bidet


The balcony offers outdoor furniture, with a table and chairs so you can enjoy breakfast on the balcony with a sea view.


The capacity of this flat is 2 adults, 2 teenagers and 1 baby. For babies we have a travel cot and high chair available on request. Please note that the travel cot does not include sheets.


The Varandas do Mar building offers parking in a private garage and a communal outdoor pool with fabulous sea views.


Access to the building is via the main door, and a code is required to enter. Access to the lower floors by lift also requires access codes, in order to guarantee the security of the building.


The flat is fully equipped for 4 people. It is delivered with sheets applied to the beds, face and bath towels for each guest.

We do not accept bookings from people under the age of 18. Bookings from people aged between 18 and 25 will be asked to pay a deposit of €300, which will be returned after checking that the flat is in good condition. If anything is damaged, the cost of repairing or replacing it will be deducted from the deposit.
